Nope, saying stuff has consequences.
This is actually the first time I've heard of in-game retribution over forum posting. You must have really pushed his buttons one way or another. Good job.
Your options are:
- Talk to him and figure out what you can do to make the wardec drop (sounds like it isn't working)
- Hire allies to help
- Fight him
- Avoid him (there are plenty of ways to do so, no matter how industry-oriented you are)
- Disband corp, form new one (doesn't solve anything if he wardecs you again)
- Dock up and don't log on to Eve until he gets bored and drops the wardec
A tip, though: the last option is very un-fun, wastes your money, and is equivalent to surrendering to Kane. Take the fun route and do one of the other things.

I've been in contact with him and the only way he'll withdraw the dec is for me to fight him in my battleship. The one I spend -ú15s on to afford via plex and can't even use in missions. I'm not going to waste that kind of money on nothing.
